PJ7295-1 Epoxy-Modified Organic Silicone Resin

【Application Characteristics】

1.Surface drying within 1 hour, reaching a maximum hardness of 4H after 7 days at room temperature. The film formation can be accelerated in high temperature and high humidity environments. 

2.Temperature resistance ranging from -50℃ to 250℃.

3. After full curing, the paint film exhibits excellent resistance, capable of enduring concentrated acids and alkalis at room temperature, and performing well against low to medium concentrations of hot acids and alkalis.

Appearance: Light yellow, transparent, and viscous liquid.

Color number: <40# (Pt-Co). 

Viscosity: 50-200 mPa·s (NDJ-8S, 25°C). 

Active ingredient: 60%. 

Solvent: Dimethyl carbonate, ethanol. 

【Application Guide】 

Clean the dust and polishing wax on the surface of the substrate, and then directly brush, dip, or spray apply PJ7295-1.

【Storage】

Store in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and heat sources. When the packaging is unopened and stored under suitable conditions, the shelf life is one year. Once opened, please use it as soon as possible to avoid deterioration.
