1. Single-component Coatings

MD-50 Low Hydroxyl Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin

It has good adhesion, high gloss, excellent pigment wettability and high cost-effectiveness.

-Viscosity: (1.0-4.0) Pa·s at 25℃

-Acid value: (7-14) mgKOH/g

-Tg (Glass Transition Temperature): 41℃

PJ60041-55 Low Hydroxyl Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin

It is the high-solid-content version of MD-50, featuring good adhesion to metals, high gloss, high film fullness, excellent pigment wettability and high cost-effectiveness.

-Appearance: Clear and transparent

-Viscosity: (3.0-5.0) Pa·s at 25℃

-Acid value: (7-14) mgKOH/g

-Tg (Glass Transition Temperature): 41℃

2. Two-component Primers

PJ61015-50D Hydroxyl Acrylic Resin

It has excellent adhesion to ABS and metal substrates, good aluminum powder arrangement, excellent pigment wetting and dispersion properties, and high cost-effectiveness.

-Viscosity: (5.0-8.0) Pa·s at 25℃

-Acid value: (2-5) mgKOH/g

-Color number: ≤1# (Fe-Co scale)

-Solid content: (50±2)%

-Hydroxyl value (solid): 50 mgKOH/g

-Solvent: Toluene/Xylene/sec-Butyl Acetate

PJ61010-50 Hydroxyl Acrylic Resin

It has excellent adhesion to difficult-to-adhere substrates such as ABS, PC, nylon, nylon + glass fiber, galvanized sheets, stainless steel, aluminum materials and various alloys, as well as electroplated substrates.
